At SIDRA, we want to ensure that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our products to our customers.
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@sidrawellness.com with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy (see our Delivery Policy)
Refunds
All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made on sidrawellness.com are eligible for exchange or return with store credit only within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be new; please retain the outer packaging for safe transport. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. A restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Please reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange to start the process.
We unfortunately do not accept international returns.
Sets, deluxe minis and ritual accessories are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
